    The server will be going down at 9pm tonight (Sunday) to allow for the development team to implement a WOS overhaul and a couple of other minor changes.

    A massive thank you to Jota for putting this rework together and the Admins for reviewing it all. We hope this will massively improve Jedi's experience and progression on the server.

    The server will be going down today [Tue] at 10pm [GMT] and come back online on Wed morning. This downtime is to allow for the Development team to implement and test a number of changes:

    • TFA->ArcCW
    • CD -> SDW
    • Minor System Updates

    While we have extensively tested ArcCW it is likely there will still be a number of bugs which we missed (or worked fine on the Dev Server). Please report any bugs you find on the forums and we will work hard to fix them as quick as we can.

    A massive thank you to all the Staff and CO's/XO's who helped test, Dylan for the early foundation work and testing, and Painite for leading the project. It has taken years for us to remove TFA and it is great it is finally happening.

    We have been continuing to work on fixing the exploit that occurred yesterday, alongside that work we have been further upgrading our servers defences against attacks like these.

    We are hoping to have the server up in the next couple of days, however this may change depending on the work we are carrying out.

Chat and Bodygrour Issues

    The cause of the issue has been removed from the server, systems should be operating as expected again. Please let us know of any further issues.

    We are aware there are some issues with the Chat and Bodygrour (and some other addons), we believe we have identified the cause and are working to fix these issues.

Server Backdoor

    The issue has now been resolved and the server back online

    We believe we have found some possible access points and are working to remove/secure them.

    We are investigating a 2nd backdoor on the server, while we remove the backdoor that caused yesterdays exploit a second one was used today.

    We have implemented some systems allowing for us to more easily search server code to remove any suspicions code more easily, which we will be using to run full security scans of our code. During this process the server will remain down however we hope to have it up again for tomorrow.

    Once again we are confident there was no client-side security breach, as the access was server side. We are once again sorry for the disruption.

    We are also going to be making some changes to allow us to more easily identify and fix any future issues.
